My loves, I haven't disappeared, I promise.
I always say I'm going to jump back on that blogging grind,
and then I don't. And I disappoint myself.
But I'm back with September favorites so insert emoji hallelujah hands here.
How it's October right now, I'm not sure.
But Fall is here (even though it's currently 90 degrees in the BGKY)
but that won't stop me from bringing out
the boots, candles, PSL everything, and my herringbone vest.
How more typical could I be right now?
So here are my faves during this past month!

Beauty Favorites:
Makeup sept by lexxbeck featuring a lip gloss
Sorry bank account (and Dad),
but I actually tried out a lot of new products this month.
Which is kind of weird for me.
I usually stick to what I love and rarely venture out,
so I guess too many trips to Target and Ulta got the best of me.
(And my nonexistent money)
1. OPI Nail Polish in the shade "Wooden Shoe Like To Know"
First of all, great name.
Second of all, I've only discovered this nail polish recently,
but I'm kind of obsessed. I never thought I'd like brown nails that weren't nude.
2. TRESemme Fresh Start Dry Shampoo
This isn't a new buy, but a restock.
I have been addicted to dry shampoo for awhile now,
thanks to my lazy college girl swag, and this has been a top choice.
An added plus, it doesn't leave that white residue that some do.
Thumbs up yo.
3. Benefit Cosmetics Hoola Bronzer
I did it, I finally did it.
After two years of debating if this purchase was worth it,
I decided it was (despite the price tag)
Two years on my wish list, thats acceptable right? No? Okay.
But it's actually turned out to be the perfect bronzer.
I usually tend to use ones that have a shimmer aspect to it,
so this is the first matte bronzer I've ever tried,
and because of that, it tends to look more natural looking.
Props to you Benefit for making your products so lust worthy.
(But for good reason)
4. NYX "mood" Lip Gloss
Okay, not sure when/why I purchased this,
but no ragrets (not even a single letter)
because this has become one of my go-to lip wears for the day.
Not sticky, long hair approved.
5. Maybelline Master Highlight Studio Blush.
Oh my gawd you guys.
This. This right here is my swag.
Never been more in love with a blush.
Discover the magic for yourself.
Do it, because I can't even describe to you the amazingness.

Bath & Body Works Candles:
candles by lexxbeck on Polyvore
Yup, it definitely needed its own category.
I have been crazy about lighting candles recently.
(True reason: all the lamps in my bedroom don't have light bulbs, awk.)
But that's besides the point.
I may or may not be tempted to go buy more tonight.
I've been contemplating it all day.
Serious note though: candles are my favorite presents (wink wink)
Favorite smells that I've been burning:
1. Mahogany Teakwood
Quick description: a man in a jar.
But seriously. It smells like a sexy man's cologne.
If you think there's something better, get yourself tested.
2. Espresso Bar (not pictured above)
Mocha coffee sweet deliciousness
that makes you think you're walking into a Starbucks.
But you're not, it's your room.
Holla.
Music Favorites:
I've been listening to a mix of tunes this past month.
I added them all to a Spotify playlist for easy enjoyment
Take a listen to all of them.

Criminal Minds
Can't stop. Won't stop watching.
Thank you Netflix for providing me all current seasons available.
And SEASON 10 PREMIERING SOON!
Okay, calm Lexxie. (There is no calm)

Those are my favorites for the month of September.
No fashion or food faves I'm sorry to announce,
but that's just how the cookie crumbles.
Fall Break is here. A much needed time to..
well do nothing. I refuse to do anything that I don't find appealing.
Have a great week and until next time,
