When Words Just Make Sense

I don't know about you (and yes, I know you started singing Taylor Swift),
but I'm an individual that sometimes struggles to find the words that accurately described how I'm feeling in that moment, on that day, during that struggle, whenever.

I honestly like to think of it as I have "too many tabs open" in my mind.
I'm feeling one way, but I'm also feeling another.
I'm replaying instances in my head, while also thinking about "what if" I did this or said that?

I've told you, my mind is a scary place sometimes.
Over-crowded and definitely overwhelmed.

But there has been a few times where I just read something and to myself, I'm like "YAS!"
"That's it, those are the perfect words." "That captures what I'm feeling."
"That is how I wish I could explain myself to people."

I recently had one of the few moments when I read this quote:

I can't sit here and type out why, give you details about how it relates to myself,
but it just does. And that's the beauty of it. I feel like it needs no explanation, because it's finally helping me do something I haven't been able to accomplish:

Tell you how I'm (actually) feeling.

When the words just make sense (to you), everything becomes a little more clear.

I'm welcoming myself back from a small hiatus with a little "beginning of the week" inspiration.

I would love to find a weekly time to share some of my favorite quotes that I have found,
and make those be the only words mentioned in the entire post for that day.

I'm learning that not everything needs to have an explanation,
and not everything needs to be talked about.

Have a wonderful evening.
